People make choices.I build from there.

I’m KTM, a growth marketing leader. I turn an understanding of people into a direction for the business, and lead the work from going to market to giving customers a reason to stay.

Growth starts
with people.

Loose painted hands arranging abstract shapes

I’m a growth marketing leader with a product mindset. I’m curious about what makes people choose, what gets them to act, and what keeps them coming back.

That curiosity is at the centre of how I think about growth. Customer behaviour gives the work its direction. Strategy, product and marketing turn that understanding into something a business can build on.

I care about the connection between a good idea and what happens when it meets the real world. How does someone discover it? Where do they hesitate? What makes it useful enough to return to?

Those are the questions I bring to the work. They’re also why I see growth as a system.

Someone notices.
Something clicks.
They come back.

Each moment changes what the work needs to do. I connect the promise people encounter with the value they experience, and the reasons they have to return.

A reason to care.

Start with a problem that matters to the people we want to reach.

I bring positioning and go-to-market into the same conversation as acquisition. The audience, promise and route to reach them need to make sense together.

The question I keep coming back to: why would someone choose this?

A moment of value.

Make the experience live up to the promise.

I look at the distance between someone’s first interest and the moment the product becomes useful to them. That means working through the landing experience and onboarding, with attention to where people hesitate or get stuck.

What needs to happen for the value to become real?

A reason to return.

Build the next interaction around something worthwhile.

I connect lifecycle communication to how customers actually use the product. The timing should fit their needs, and the experience should give them a reason to keep choosing it.

What makes coming back worth their time?

Keep learning.
Change what matters.

Experimentation and insight run through the whole journey. I use customer behaviour to find where the promise loses its connection to the experience, then turn that gap into a question we can test.

Each test needs a decision at the end. I judge the change by how it helps customers move forward and what it contributes to the business, so the learning shapes the next move.

I bring clarity.
Then I get involved.

I bring a strategist’s perspective and a practitioner’s attention to detail. I stay involved as a decision turns into work.

I ask the question behind the brief.

Empathy helps me understand what someone is trying to achieve. Critical thinking helps me work out whether we’re solving the right problem. I bring both to the conversation.

I make the trade-offs explicit.

Time and budget have limits. I want the team to understand why a priority matters, what we’re choosing to invest in, and what can wait.

I get people working toward the same outcome.

I translate between customer needs and business priorities so teams can make a decision together. Clear communication makes it easier to move the work forward.

I stay close to the work.

My background spans SEO, marketing and design. That helps me connect the strategy to the details of an experience, from the message someone sees to the action we’re asking them to take.

The decisions
behind growth.

Nine stories from the work. What I noticed, what I chose to change, and what happened next.

Let’s find
the next move.

If you’re building a team or working through a growth problem, tell me what you have in mind. We can start with a conversation.
